I am being a blog slacker but I needed to quickly share a few of sweet baby Nixon...only 10 days old! aaaannnd...you may remember Carson and Sean from their wedding last year! I love that these two live so close to me and I'll get to watch this little guy grow!

bri + adam + rilo

I was so excited when Bri contacted me about coming and playing with their cute little family. It was so nice to meet sweet Rilo (just a week old!) and photograph them in their lovely little home. Be sure to check out Bri's blog.... she is a master decorator and the girl is just oozing style....

my nephew is the cutest

isn't he?? And he has also inspired me.....

He was so happy and cute with no clothes on--we just let him play. We didn't dress him up in his "fancies" and haul him outside with some kind of prop and make him miserable while we begged and pleaded for the perfect shot. It's just like how I shoot my own kids--just being "them".

While I am mostly shooting weddings these days, if you would like your family photos au naturale style.....comfortable, in your home, and dressed down (clothing optional if you are under 5:)....let me know--I'd love to come play.
