•change of pace•

I love the city. The noises, the smells, the weirdos, the crowds. But it's really nice to have somewhere to go and get away from it every now and then. Lucky for me, I grew up in the middle of nowhere!

I took so many photos this past week, but here is just a sample--this is where I come from! Some of them (like the one below) are right out the back window of my parents house, and others are down roads I've drove 100s of times and never really appreciated how photogenic an overgrown field can be.

These two were sooooo cute together. They were so close and got along so well....surprisingly well for siblings! I had such a fun time working with them!!

•because I know she's waiting•

I know she's checking 100 times to see if I've posted....and I know because I've known Raylee for ....like....forever. We have known eachother since 6th grade!! It was so crazy to be at her wedding and think of all the fun times we've had over the years! So here you go....just a few to (hopefully) keep you satisfied for a little bit!

I loooooved watching her dance with her dad....I've seen them dance so many different times and it was so fun to see them back in action!

and I could have played with this little miss all day long!

I had the best time wandering around downtown with these two! We stumbled upon some super fun alleys, and might have walked though some homeless guy's place....I hope I never have to smell that smell again.

Their wedding this summer is going to be so much fun!

I was lucky enough to spend yesterday evening with some of the areas greatest talent....chatting over dinner and playing with our cameras! There were so many fun girls there--I loved meeting you all (thanks so much Jess for the invite:)

We headed out to the lake and met up with some lovely models....I chose this sweet girl and asked her if she'd ever modeled before.....

She said "not really", and then shot me this killer stare....

I will bet all my savings (ok, so it's not that much) that this girl will be famous some day:)
