a few questions.....for YOU!

Hi friends!! I need your help!

Each week I get emails with questions about what I do--and I try my best to get back to you in a (somewhat) timely fashion.
I've been keeping up with your questions on my formspring.

But there are a few questions I don't have an answer for.....yet.

Will you do a workshop?
Can you please do a workshop?
Will you come to my town of ______ and do a workshop?

Can I come shadow you at a wedding? (this one is so hard because I get these emails each week.... and as much as I love the help, I can't have everyone come to a wedding with me.....a little intimidating for the bride and groom.....don't you think:)

So....I've been thinking....(small thoughts) on maybe putting together some kind of workshop....but

I will need YOUR help.

What do you want to come learn--what can I teach you?

Leave a comment and let me know if this is something you'd be interested in, and what you'd like to come learn, and we'll see if we can work it out! I laugh so hard picturing myself as a "teacher".....it will be fun....and mostly playing, I'm sure....

So help me out, let me know....and maybe I'll be seeing you!

I'm interested! I want to learn my camera better. Unfortunately, I have relied to heavily on editing software. I'd like to be better at the camera work.

I'd definitely be interested in a workshop hosted by you! I love your style and I'd love to see how you interact with your subjects! I have my own business so I know all the basics but I am always looking for ways to expand and grow and become a better photographer!

I'm in a photojournalism class right now. But I think the number one thing that I would want to learn, especially from you, is lighting. I love your pictures mostly because the lighting is so perfect.

I'm interested for sure. I've taken a few basic college level classes with my regular slr but just would love to see how you do what you do. From site selection to lighting to filters to editing software. The whole sha-bang.

I'd love to take a workshop from you! I'd really love to see how you interact with your subjects as well- with families- good ways to get fun shots of them interacting rather than just sit and smile at the camera. With weddings- good angles and ideas that create interesting and lovely shots... etc. I'd also love to learn about lighting- how you utilize the light.
Those are just a couple of things- oh and I'd love to meet you- I think that would just be fun!

ohhhhh how exciting that this is a possibility! I would just love to know how everything works with...once you take the pictures to give them to the clients, what are the steps you go through etc. The whole process...and even how you do an actual shoot... ha ha okay maybe EVERYTHING. hope you do one and I can come :)

Have been a fan for a while now. Would love to simply watch you in action... see how you work your clients. You make magic with light and I'd love to learn some of that magic. Come to Canada : )
